God Is Greater Than
Greater than your problems

God is greater than your mistakes
Greater than your sin

God is greater than your fears
Greater than your failures
Greater than family and friends
Greater than the devil on his worst behavior
There’s no one equal to Him
From His character nothing that can be subtracted
He’s three in one, with perfect unity
So His will is never divided, all three agree
Before one has ever acted
You may feel less than able
To live life abundantly
But if He has been added to your life
Than say this with me
“Because God lives inside of me
Greater is He that is inside of me
The joy and favor in my life

With the academic school year just starting I attended my son’s open house event. I was reading during the summer about a controversial math teaching technique called “Everyday” or “Chicago” Math. Invaribly my reading prompted questions about the math curriculum at his new school…an entirely different technique, of course. In the mire of it all…
It is very comforting to be reminded that my Father’s math…the basics, are still being taught!
